Steven Garner is the founder of NEXCUE, a resilience-based framework that helps individuals recognize pivotal moments of trauma or drama as opportunities to redirect their lives toward creativity, purpose, and excellence.
With more than 30 years of experience as an illustrator, graphic designer, and marketing director for global B2C and B2B companies, Steven has produced and directed creative for a wide range of products and services. He has coached and mentored professionals at every level—as well as incarcerated individuals and faith-based leaders—helping them activate their imagination, develop a new self-identity, and build a drama-resilient life script.
His creative journey enabled him to break cycles of multigenerational poverty and led to his role as a founding member of one of his city’s leading advertising agencies. Steven is a certified John Maxwell keynote speaker, coach, and author, known for inspiring others to transform adversity into intentional, creative lives.
